Dr. Tho Van
Dr. Tho Van is a dedicated dentist who is passionate about providing compassionate, personalized care to every patient. Originally from Vietnam, Dr. Van moved to the United States at the age of 10. He attended the University of South Florida for his undergraduate studies before earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry.
After graduation, Dr. Van gained valuable experience working in multiple dental offices throughout the Baltimore area. Looking for a quieter pace of life and a closer connection to nature, he eventually moved to Maryland’s Eastern Shore, where he enjoys the beautiful beaches and peaceful surroundings.
Outside of the office, Dr. Van leads an active lifestyle and enjoys fishing, gardening, and exploring new cuisines. When he’s relaxing, you can often find him watching horror movies or playing video games. He is also the proud owner of a Golden Greek tortoise named Sol, who is an important part of his family.
Growing up in a small town himself, Dr. Van values the strong sense of community that comes with it. He is excited to join Snow Hill Dental and become part of the Snow Hill community, getting to know local families and caring for their smiles for years to come.
